Quotations
Every quote is honoured with no hidden extras. Subject to site survey conditions the prices quoted are for the: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Bedford and surrounding areas. We are also pleased to quote for Freeview installations outside of these areas.
Only the highest quality parts are used for installations. We have a warranty to uphold and only the best parts are good enough for you and good enough for our business.
Reliability and presentation
Your Freeview installation is carried out only by our technicians who have completed current:
- 'Safe Working at Heights using Fall Arrest Equipment'
- CAI Radio and TV Aerial Installation Training
AND HAVE... - Satisfactory criminal record disclosure
AND... - Appropriate Public Liability Insurance
This assures you of our competence, quality, ethos and gives authorisation (when working at heights) with respect to the safety standards as set out in Best Practice guidelines.
We remain courteous to the household or staff and pride ourselves at arriving on time fully equipped to perform the job.
Furthermore you have our commitment that we will:

If anything unplanned should upset our agreed schedule then we shall contact you in a timely manner to apologise and explain ourselves.
Out of hours working can be arranged with prior agreement.
Standard analogue TV will be switched off and only Digital TV will be available. Digital TV needs quality signals using quality aerials.
